Email Terms

These Email Terms explain how Panthos Inc.(“Panthos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sends email to people who join our waitlist or otherwise sign up to hear from us, and how you can control what you receive. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Consent

By submitting your email address through the waitlist form on our Site, you expressly consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Panthos, including updates about product launches, availability, promotions, and news about Panthos. This consent is voluntary. You are never required to join the waitlist to browse the Site.

2. What we send

We may email you about:

• product launch dates and availability;
• new products, flavors, or retailer locations;
• promotions, discounts, or giveaways; and
• occasional updates about Panthos as a company.

We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Identification

Every commercial message we send will identify Panthos Inc. as the sender and will include our contact information and mailing address:

4. How to unsubscribe

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@panthos.comwith “unsubscribe” in the subject line. We will process unsubscribe requests without delay, and in any event no later than 10 business days, as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). After you unsubscribe, we will not send further marketing emails unless you sign up again.

5. Applicable law

Our email communications are intended to comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and, where recipients are located in the United States, the CAN-SPAM Act. If you believe you received an email from us in error or in violation of applicable law, please contact us immediately at hello@panthos.com.

6. How long we keep your information

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain suppression records (so we don’t accidentally re-add you after you unsubscribe). See our handling of personal information in more detail by contacting us directly, as we do not currently operate a separate privacy policy page.

7. Changes to these Email Terms

We may update these Email Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
