These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at panthos.com and any related pages, features, or content (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Panthos Inc.(“Panthos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in the province of Quebec, Canada. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. No online sales through this Site

At this time, Panthos products are not sold directly through the Site. Product availability, pricing, and purchase terms are set by the third-party retailers listed on the Site, and your purchases from those retailers are governed by that retailer’s own terms and policies, not these Terms. Pricing shown on the Site is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.

4. Waitlist and email sign-up

If you submit your email address through the Site’s waitlist form, you consent to receive communications from Panthos as described in our Email Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all content on it, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and the overall look and feel, are owned by Panthos or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
